Cleansinglivinge offers interior design and styling services throughout New Zealand, including Auckland, Wellington, and Christchurch. Our services encompass residential interior design, commercial styling, home consultations, room transformations, décor sourcing, and complete interior makeovers. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase or engaging our interior décor and styling services.

Interior Décor Services in New Zealand

For our interior décor and styling services provided throughout New Zealand:

  • Consultation fees are non-refundable once the consultation has been completed at your property or via video call
  • If you need to cancel a scheduled consultation, please contact us at least 48 hours in advance for a full refund in New Zealand Dollars
  • For ongoing interior design projects in New Zealand, cancellation terms will be specified in your service agreement
  • We will work with you to resolve any concerns about completed interior décor work, including styling and design services
  • Refunds for interior décor services will be processed in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) to your original payment method

Products and Items

For physical products and décor items purchased through our services:

  • Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and with all original packaging
  • Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery
  • Custom-made or personalized items are not eligible for return unless defective
  • You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect

Refund Process

To request a return or refund:

  3. Explain the reason for the return
  4. We will review your request and respond within 5 business days

Once approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
